Every pastry school in India puts nice kitchen photos on their website. I wanted to know one number. How many students are in each class? And how many chefs are actually teaching them?

So I called five schools. Here is what they told me.

School one. Thirty students. One chef.
School two. Twenty-five students. One chef.
School three. Twenty students. One chef.
School four. Fifteen students. One chef.
